responsible for generating and consolidating information required for the unit director’s regular governance reviews, including agenda preparation, content development, and tracking of action items.
Oversees the budget and forecasts for indirect goods and services (igs) for the production unit, including procurement activities, receipt and distribution of materials, and invoice validation.
Acts as a liaison between the core team and key business functions to ensure accurate daily indicator reporting and support monthly performance (mp) and balanced scorecard (bsc) reviews.
Manages operational budget activities, including creating purchase requisitions (prs), tracking purchase orders (pos), and monitoring invoices for assigned supplies and services.
Calculates, validates, analyzes, and reports production data and kpis, such as hltms, hatms, efficiency, system utilization, days of inventory (doi), downtime, productivity index, t.e., manpower, and learning curve.
Identifies performance gaps and potential risks based on kpi results and proposes corrective actions.
Provides administrative and analytical support to the production unit and prepares periodic reports for senior management and operational teams.
Participates in and supports continuous improvement initiatives and projects within the production unit.
Qualifications
you have a bachelor’s degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, materials, electrical).
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, with exposure to project support and purchasing support roles.
You hold an advanced level of english (written and verbal).
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You have effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
You have an initiative-driven and results-oriented mindset.
You hold strong organizational and time-management skills.
You have a continuous improvement mindset with a focus on achieving operational objectives.
