Essential duties and responsibilities
supervise and train laundry attendants, washers, pressers, and uniform attendants.
Oversee daily laundry operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in guest and hotel linen services.
Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering to maintain equipment and cleanliness standards.
Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory control, and operational budgets.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper chemical handling.
Handle guest and employee laundry-related requests and concerns.
Maintain accurate records and reports for laundry production and inventory.
Required skills – general skills
minimum two years of management experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preference for candidates with spanish and english verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of proper chemical handling and laundry operations best practices.
An associate or bachelor’s degree is required plus 10 years of management experience in a similar position.
