about the role:
we are seeking an experienced integrated business planning director to lead our robust business planning ecosystem and engagement model. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving alignment, decisions, and actions that result in achievement of our business results and delivery of our enterprise strategies.
key responsibilities:
* drive a cohesive integrated business planning ecosystem, aligning cross-functional plans that effectively support long-term sustainable and profitable growth while maintaining a healthy marketplace to serve the consumer.
* lead the ibp engagement model, including executive and management meetings forums through a regularly structured cadence and enabling cross-functional collaboration.
* synthesize and articulate compelling insights and escalations to influence decisions that deliver sustainable and profitable growth.
* partner with a wide range of stakeholders (gm, finance, marketplace, marketing, planning, inventory, etc.) to analyze, elevate, gather feedback, and integrate assumptions to address risks & opportunities relative to operating plans.
requirements:
* 8-9 years directly relevant work experience
* e2e planning expertise - inclusive of retail sales, demand, supply, inventory, rev/margin, and operations
* risk/trade-off identification & decision making: evaluate risks/opportunities, quantify benefits/losses, and enable decision making
