the role is responsible for supporting the operational and financial management of ams supplier activities within the program. This position ensures accurate financial forecasting, timely invoice processing, effective supplier coordination, compliance with extended producer responsibility (epr) requirements and reporting activities. The services require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, clear communication, flexibility and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‐functional teams and external partners.
technical skills:
* bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
* 2-3 years of experience.
* fluent english spoken and written
* excellent problem-solving skills
* high level of attention to detail
* microsoft tools knowledges required.
process skills:
* financial & operational management
* request and consolidate spend forecasts from ams suppliers and provide accurate inputs to the finance team for monthly accrual processing.
* review and approve monthly supplier invoices, ensuring adherence to contractual terms, budget alignment, and internal compliance guidelines.
* regulatory compliance
* review and approve company registrations and submissions across applicable extended producer responsibility (epr) programs, including weee, battery, and packaging.
* supplier & stakeholder engagement
* participate in recurring calls with suppliers to review performance, resolve issues, and align on operational expectations.
* performance monitoring (for all regions, ams, emea, apj)
* · ensure the maintenance and timely update of program performance indicators (kpis/bscs) to provide accurate and transparent data for leadership and operational teams.
* · oversee the management and revision of the program saving plan.
* · communicate and reinforce record retention requirements with the team; coordinate the periodic collection and proper uploading of records.

certification:

salary
$23,000 pesos monthly.
