what you’ll do:
* answer calls: be the first point of contact for our clients, handling calls in a friendly and professional way.
* schedule jobs: set up service appointments based on client availability and team schedules.
* coordinate: stay in touch with tenants, neighbors, and others to keep everything running smoothly and avoid disruptions.
* customer support: help with questions or issues quickly while providing great customer service.
* communication: keep all communication clear, simple, and professional—both over the phone and in writing.
what we’re looking for:
* strong english skills: you should be comfortable speaking and writing in english at a professional level.
* people skills: friendly, confident on the phone, and customer-focused.
* relevant experience: experience in customer service or dispatch is a plus, especially if you’ve handled scheduling.
* team player: positive attitude and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
