we are looking for our next data & analytics engineer location: querétaro about the role: the data & analytics engineer designs, builds, and maintains scalable data solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
this role will transform raw data into reliable, accessible, and actionable insights by developing data pipelines, optimizing data models, and supporting analytics initiatives that drive business performance.
what you'll do: design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to collect, process, and integrate data from multiple internal and external sources.
develop and maintain data models and datasets that support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.
collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable data solutions.
ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency across systems and reporting platforms.
build and maintain dashboards and reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.
optimize queries and data processes to improve performance and efficiency.
support advanced analytics initiatives by preparing and structuring data for analysis and modeling.
continuously identify opportunities to improve data architecture, processes, and governance practices.
what we're looking for: bachelor's degree in data engineering, computer science, information systems, industrial engineering, data science, or a related quantitative field.
5+ years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or business intelligence roles.
experience working with large datasets and building data pipelines to support analytics and reporting.
experience with python, etl processes, and data transformation tools.
experience with data visualization tools (power bi, tableau, or similar).
knowledge of data warehouse architectures and cloud data platforms (azure, snowflake, big query, or similar).
advanced spanish and english (required).
