what will you do as a territory business manager at sealed air?

as a territory business manager at sealed air based in reynosa, tamaulipas, you will be responsible for expanding our packaging business within your territory by managing and growing existing customer relationships while actively identifying new opportunities. You will act as a strategic partner to your customers, ensuring their success through innovative solutions, a strong commercial mindset, and close collaboration with internal support teams. This role requires a highly proactive, driven, and entrepreneurial profile, eager to challenge the status quo and continuously seek better ways to grow the business.

what will you need to succeed in this role?
* experience in technical or solution-based sales within manufacturing environments.
* exposure to industries such as logistics, industrial manufacturing, metal-mechanical, automotive, chemical, cosmetic, medical, or packaging.
* familiarity with erp or crm systems such as salesforce, oracle, c4c, or sap.
* experience in hunting and/or farming within a sales environment.
* intermediate english level, with the ability to communicate and collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
* strong proactivity, resilience, and willingness to challenge yourself and grow professionally.
