key responsibilities plan and execute social media strategies for canada, mexico, and latam markets develop and manage content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives manage and publish content across key platforms, including instagram, facebook, tiktok, and linkedin oversee day-to-day management of social media accounts across regions, ensuring consistent posting and engagement adapt global content to resonate with local audiences while maintaining brand consistency monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, and creative teams to align social media initiatives with broader campaigns track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and improve engagement and reach identify trends, insights, and opportunities to enhance organic growth and audience interaction develop and execute influencer strategy for mexico, canada, and latam requirements: qualifications bilingual proficiency required (english and spanish) proven experience managing social media accounts for brands across multiple regions or markets strong understanding of major social media platforms, including: facebook instagram linkedin tiktok pinterest experience in content planning, scheduling, and community management analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly strong communication and storytelling skills ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment experience with social media management and analytics tools (meta business suite, hootsuite, sprout social, or similar)
