Your role
as operations manager on our team, you will manage material, human, and financial resources to achieve objectives and cost models associated with process improvement through reengineering.
In your daily job you will
design and implement strategies to ensure compliance with the manufacturing system at the plant level.
Implement strategies to ensure compliance with the plant’s quality system.
Implement strategies to improve manufacturing operating costs.
Manage the services required by the plant’s manufacturing area with the functional areas.
Design strategies for continuous improvement of the manufacturing process.
Promote a productive and safe work environment for the team.
Execute strategies and activities that optimize the use of human, material, technical, and financial resources.
Effectively manage model changes, product changes, and changes in requirements.
Control and administer the budget.
Your background
bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
Intermediate to advanced english level.
+3 years of experience in manufacturing, with experience in harnesses.
Proficiency in ms office.
Previous experience in manufacturing systems administration.
Professional experience managing complex supply chains, tooling suppliers, and manufacturing.
