main responsibilities:
* promote products in selected accounts.
* develop individual strategic account and sales plans.
* negotiate corporate contracts and lead internal sales processes.
* coordinate activities with engineering, customer service, sales operations, and manufacturing.
* ensure ongoing profitability of assigned accounts.
* identify and convert business opportunities in the crm system (sap c4c).
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent experience.
* minimum 5 years of experience in sales and direct customer service.
* availability to travel at least 50% of the time.
* skills: leadership, execution focus, results orientation, excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, market analysis, project management capabilities.
