We are looking for a responsible supervisor for qa collections. The position is complex. It won't just be someone who oversees the work of others. A supervisor is also responsible for advising, solving problems, and serving as a liaison between subordinates and upper management.
- he or she will have a thorough knowledge of the processes inherent to the responsibility of the position and will be oriented and focused on results.
- the objective will be to ensure that operations are carried out in a productive manner to ensure the correct collection process.
*responsibilities*:
- ensure collections operation area comply with the policy
- organize workflow and ensure employees understand their delegated roles or tasks
- monitor employee productivity and offer feedback and advice
- maintain record of hours worked and personnel records
- transmit information from the management team to employees and vice versa
- prepare and send performance reports
- decide on bonuses and promotions based on performance
- hire and train new employees
- ensure compliance with company and legal policies and procedures and take disciplinary action if the need arises
- propose improvements to the internal and operation proceses according to the results
- align the process with china team (advance english required)
*requirements*:
- 5+ years experience in collections processes
- bachelor degree or above
- 1+ year of leader support
- advanced english
- proficiency in office and databases
- critical thinking
- facilitator in solving problems raised by the team
- work as key contact with other areas
- empower the team, help improve the performance of the team and even the entire business team
- identify opportunities in efficiency and quality optimization when leading the respective areas
- act as important disseminator of didi culture
*schedule*: monday - friday from 9 to 6 pm.
