5. proficiency in statistical methods (spc, fmea, 8d reports).
6. knowledge of iso standards (iatf 16949, iso 9001).
7. familiarity with ppap, fair.
8. knowledge of product and process audit vda 6.3.
9. understanding of customer requirements.
10. knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (kaizen, 5s).
11. familiarity with imds and ipc principles.
12. ability to manage sub-contractor suppliers for high-volume parts.
13. ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
14. excellent communication and negotiation skills.
15. strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
