as a leader in the field of embedded linux, you will be responsible for guiding a team of field engineers in presales and professional services activities. Your expertise in solution architecture, design, and delivery will enable customers to achieve their goals with our technologies.
key responsibilities include leading and developing a team of field engineers, solving customer problems by promoting our technologies, working remotely, coaching, mentoring, and offering career development feedback. You will also identify and measure team health indicators, implement disciplined engineering processes, represent your team and product to stakeholders, partners, and customers, and develop and evangelise great engineering and organisational practices.
