Whitehall resources are looking for an ai governance manager.this role is fully remote working for an initial 6-month contract, working to a latam time zone.job descriptionarchitect of the governance model that connects the corporate vision with ai execution across local operations.responsibilitiesdesigns and enables governance for ai use case implementation – establishes a "control tower" framework to oversee ai use case execution and ensures coordination across team efforts, guaranteeing that those responsible for relevant policies and controls maintain sufficient visibility.establishes the interaction processes and workflows between corporate headquarters and operations: escalation, approvals, progress reporting, and ai risk management.coordinates with those responsible for corporate ai policies and controls to define new standards or adjust existing ones, ensuring cross-functional adoption and adaptation to the regulatory particularities of each local operation.designs the development framework and lifecycle management for use cases (stages, inputs, outputs, team configuration, methodologies and tools per stage, piloting approaches, proof of concept, and go-live) and refines it through execution feedback.builds and supports ai committees (steering committees, local squads), facilitating alignment across business, technology, channels, compliance and legal areas.coordinates stakeholders across markets to provide visibility on progress status, ensure alignment with strategic objectives, remove blockers, and share lessons learned.defines and monitors knowledge management mechanisms to ensure scalability and replicability (training, reusable assets and knowledge management).dynamically manages the ai use case portfolio, contributing to launch planning, timely team and resource configuration, and ensuring execution visibility and management.leads change management associated with governance, promoting a responsible ai culture and confidence in deployed models among commercial, technical, and network operations teams.skills / experienceexperience managing transformation programs with multi-country and multi-functional scope.prior experience designing and managing corporate governance models, with knowledge of ai specifics in telecommunications or similar industries with multi-country operations.experience designing operating models that articulate organization, process, and technology against a target functional and business scope.familiarity with core telco business processes — network management, customer care, convergent product sales, and customer lifecycle management — to contextualize ai risks in.experience in projects grounded in data analytics and ai in telecommunications businesses.#j-*-ljbffr
