Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage travel reservations for employees.
* Monitor and manage office needs, including purchases, services, supplies, and miscellaneous items.
* Ensure timely processing of travel and expense invoices for multiple users.
* Support invoicing and collections activities.
* Perform basic accounting tasks such as accounts payable invoice registration and bank reconciliations.
* Assist with banking procedures and government-related processes.
* Provide administrative and ad hoc support around the office as needed.
Qualifications
* Fluent in English and Spanish, as the role also supports teams in the USA and Canada.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
* Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.
* Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
