Position summary: responsible for the coordination of several areas of human resources including: talent attraction and hiring activities, payroll, labor relations, communication programs, training and development, retention and engagement programs and activities, monitoring of work environment. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and corporate policies. Provide timely and relevant customer service to all levels of associates and leadership team. Carry out the procedures and procedures corresponding to staff departures and registrations, resignations or settlements. Responsibilities: support members of the leadership team and associates in connection with the company's employment policies and associate relations matters, labor laws and regulations; prepare the necessary documentation and participate in meetings as needed. Execute activities, functions, or programs designed to generate a great work experience and positively impact associate retention, such as departmental, plant, or company events and activities, annual programs, associate recognition programs, associate surveys, etc. Coordinate and conduct recruitment efforts designed to attract quality candidates based on staff-level needs to achieve the company's goals and efficiency. Promote a positive work environment by being the main contact in terms of labor relations. Responsible for the coordination of the onboarding to new associates. Carry out the procedures for capturing incidents and pre-payroll. Provide advice for compliance with internal processes and procedures. First-class attention to associates at all levels of the organization. Coordinates training, employee development, and performance management plans. Other functions that are assigned.
education and certifications: bachelor's degree in industrial relations, human resources or related. Conversational english, able to engage in meetings and present in english. At least two years of experience as a generalist or specialist in transnational manufacturing plants. Experience in safety and hygiene desirable. Willingness to work at different times. High level of proficiency in microsoft 365. Learn about workday as an organizational tool or with the ability to quickly learn the organizational hris system for talent management. Knowledge of labor and human resources laws, policies, practices, and programs. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of associates. Ability to coach and mentor all levels of associates deep emotional intelligence: behavioral maturity, demonstrated trust and integrity, high ethical standards, interpersonal competence, and ability to prevent, reduce, and resolve conflicts. Knowledge of payroll systems and time/incident control. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
