Customer support specialist

This is a role that involves supporting sales operations and marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing customer email communications, updating crm records, coordinating quote requests, uploading media to the website, monitoring social media activity, and driving email marketing efforts from ideation through execution and performance tracking.

sales support functions:

* manage and respond promptly to all sales-related emails.
* track, organize, and document all quote requests and customer communications.
* qualify inbound leads to assess fit and readiness before escalation.
* update and maintain lead information accurately in crm systems.
* follow up on outstanding quotes to record final outcomes (won, lost, no response).
* ensure easy retrieval and accuracy of sales-related documents and communications.

email marketing initiatives:

* collaborate on campaigns and content planning aligned with marketing goals.
* build and manage automated email flows and sequences (e.g., welcome, re-engagement, follow-ups).
* write, format, and schedule email campaigns.
* track performance metrics and report insights.
* test and optimize emails for performance.
* maintain and segment email lists to improve targeting and deliverability.

content creation & social media:

* upload and post images and job photos to the company's wordpress website.
* perform basic photo editing (cropping and enhancing contrast/color).
* monitor social media platforms and respond to comments and dms.

meetings, updates & reporting:

* attend weekly virtual sales meetings.
* maintain organized digital folders and detailed notes.
* provide clear, concise updates on task progress and outstanding items.

requirements:

* at least three years of experience in sales support, client relations, or digital marketing roles.
* at least two years of experience with email marketing and creating campaigns.
* experience working in a global remote environment.
* strong written and verbal english skills.
* experience managing sales-related emails.
* comfortable using time-tracking software.
* familiarity with crm systems.
* proficient in using gmail or similar email platforms.
* basic photo editing skills using photoshop, canva or similar tools.
* experience using slack or other team collaboration tools.
* highly organized, reliable, and efficient multitasker.
* ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

technical requirements:

* minimum 100 mbps internet speed
* windows 11 or macos
* minimum intel i5 8th gen with 8gb ram or apple m1 chip with 8gb ram
* webcam and headset
* designated office space in your home

nice-to-haves:

* experience in monitoring social media.
* basic understanding of automotive terminology and an interest in classic cars are a big plus.
* experience working with custom wordpress themes.
