Our company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a carrier payable specialist. This role involves working closely with third-party vendors, suppliers, customers, and carriers to review and approve invoices, monitor the day-to-day workflow of the freight operations area (foa), and resolve issues related to missing paperwork and reference numbers.the successful candidate will be responsible for:processing high volumes of loads daily to meet weekly queue targetssolving complex problems surrounding missing paperwork and reference numbers by collaborating with colleagues to develop solutionsresolving discrepancies related to lack of paperwork and reference numbers, including reviewing reports to identify and resolve unbilled loads and working with carriers to retrieve missing information or issue refund checksestablishing customer and accessorial rates, fuel surcharges, payment deductions, unidentified payments, and resolutionsinitiating refunds for duplicate payments, overcharge claims, and cancelled loadsproviding payables support and troubleshooting billing issues and inquiries from carriersdiligently documenting all actions, decisions, and communications to ensure work history data is available for review and audit purposesthis position requires advanced english language proficiency, strong analytical skills, and the ability to make independent time-sensitive decisions. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a degree in finance or accounting, or experience in transportation logistics, is preferred.we offer a competitive salary of $15,000 mxn per month and a schedule that includes monday to friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm.
