Channel account manager job description
the role represents the entire range of service assurance and cybersecurity products and services to assigned partners, executing strategies and programs to grow business.
key responsibilities include:
* generating new business opportunities with channels
* weekly pipeline review meetings with account managers of partners
* visiting end users with partners for opportunities review
* setting up new channel partners and overseeing onboarding
* implementing channel marketing plans set out by the team
* collaborating closely with sales teams within partners to train and advise
* reporting monthly on sales kpis within partners
* driving sales and revenue growth as set by leadership
* establishing relationships between the netscout field sales organization and distribution reps
* providing feedback to the marketing team on promotions
* addressing customer service issues raised by partners
* identifying and engaging new potential channel partners
