sse logistics is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced time-critical broker to join our team. You’ll be handling urgent shipments, working closely with couriers and partners, and ensuring every mission runs smoothly from start to finish.
responsibilities
* manage time-critical shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring on-time performance.
* coordinate with couriers, partners, and customers to disclose statuses and resolve issues quickly.
* monitor shipment progress and take proactive actions to minimize delays.
* maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the shipment lifecycle.
qualifications
* 3+ years in time-critical logistics (obc/nfo).
* calm under pressure with fast response times.
* comprehensive knowledge of global geography, time zones, and airports.
* excellent english; spanish a big plus.
