* lead the resolution of critical and complex network outages and impairments.
* develop and execute advanced troubleshooting methodologies for recurring issues.
* perform forensic analysis of network events to prevent future occurrences.
strategic planning and implementation:
* collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement network improvements.
* evaluate new technologies and tools for potential integration into the network.
* oversee the deployment and testing of new equipment and systems.
leadership and consultation:
* serve as a subject matter expert for tier i and tier ii teams.
* provide consultation to customers, field teams, and senior management.
* author comprehensive documentation, including technical guides and incident reports.
network health and performance:
* lead efforts to ensure optimal network performance and reliability.
* develop and implement proactive measures to minimize service interruptions.
* analyze performance data to recommend long-term enhancements.
qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in telecommunications, networking, or equivalent experience.
* experience in telecommunications or network operations.
* extensive knowledge of layer 1 technologies and network management systems.
* proven expertise in leading technical teams and managing high-pressure scenarios.
* excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
