Local unit & position description:
*dnv - energy systems region south europe, middle east africa and latin america* delivers services to the complete value chain in the electrical energy system and oil & gas and through the whole life cycle of energy investments. Looking for an *intern - project controlling* to support the team.
Together with the project controllers, business controllers and one regional finance & performance manager you will learn to monitoring, manage and maintaining complete and accurate records of projects of energy systems.
The position will be based out of our dnv office in mexico city, mexico.
*what you’ll do*
- set-up, maintenance and monitoring/controlling of orders/projects in oracle finance
- archiving of project and subsidy documentation
- preparation and issuance invoices in system according to tax law requirements
- supporting bad debts collection
- produce and evaluate work in progress, review of status for invoicing
- review supplier’s invoices and allocate them to the corresponding project
- support and information: responsible for timely and correct supply of relevant data to business controllers, project controllers and project managers

- advanced microsoft office skills required (excel, word, outlook, etc.)
