guest environment experts are responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. They deliver guest requests, stock carts, clean rooms and public areas, and perform other housekeeping duties as required. They uphold a safe work environment, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, meet quality standards, and ensure professional personal appearance. Guests are on their feet, moving, lifting, and carrying objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance for extended periods.
