Job role: rtr senior analyst work model: hybrid location: napoles, mexico city - job objective - as an r2 r senior analyst, you will be a key player in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of manpower group financial information. We are looking for a professional with a strong accounting background and a highly analytical profile, capable of leading monthly closing processes, preparing complex journal entries, and ensuring that all key accounts are perfectly reconciled and explained under current best practices and regulations. - key responsibilities - month-end close cycle: lead and execute month, quarter, and year-end closing activities, ensuring strict compliance with the financial calendar deadlines. Preparation of manual journal entries: prepare, record, and properly support manual journal entries (accruals, provisions, reclassifications), ensuring compliance with internal control policies and supporting documentation. Account reconciliations: prepare, review, and clear high-complexity balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring no open items remain without proper justification. Intercompany operations: manage and tie out transactions between group companies (intercompany), including internal billing, balance matching, and elimination entries for consolidation. Treasury and bank management: perform and oversee bank reconciliations, identifying variances, unrecorded fees, or fx fluctuations in a timely manner. Ar / ap and cash flow supervision: monitor the correct recording and general ledger impact of accounts receivable (ar), accounts payable (ap), and cash operations (cash match/cash application). Financial analysis: explain variances and fluctuations in balance sheet and p& l accounts to management. - requirements - education: bachelor's degree in accounting or closely related discipline. Experience: minimum 2-3 years of experience in general accounting or r2 r roles (experience in shared services / multinational environments is a plus). Language skills: english fluency is mandatory (written and spoken). The candidate must be capable of business communication and reporting in english. Technical knowledge: strong accounting knowledge (solid understanding of account nature, debit/credit dynamics, and accrual accounting). Advanced experience in preparing and documenting manual journal entries. Solid mastery of bank and balance sheet reconciliations. Proven experience in intercompany processes (balance matching and eliminations). Deep understanding of the operational cycles of ar, ap, and cash management. Knowledge of accounting standards (us gaap). Tools & systems: desirable: hands-on experience with oracle erp. Desirable: hands-on experience with fcc (financial consolidation and close) or other advanced financial consolidation tools. Soft skills: high attention to detail, strong analytical skills, proactivity in resolving discrepancies, and excellent organizational skills to work under pressure during month-end close days.
