responsibilities
* oversee in–process and final quality control to ensure adherence to quality standards.
* lead and support the management of internal quality incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
* direct and facilitate analysis of customer complaints, implementing internal containment actions to mitigate issues.
* lead the creation, editing, and updating of quality system documents, including cp, fis, and wi.
* organize and conduct training for subordinates on quality measurement tools and quality control principles.
* direct efforts to follow up on incoming material defects, ensuring swift resolution.
* monitor and address issues related to homemade components, ensuring quality compliance.
* coordinate and collaborate with the amssj team for support on quality‑related queries.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree or higher in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related science/engineering field.
* minimum of 5–10 years of experience in quality management within the automotive, consumer electronics, or medical device industries.
* advanced skills in structured problem–solving, including 8d, dmaic, 5‑whys, fishbone (ishikawa), and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement and scrap reduction.
* demonstrated experience in managing supplier quality (sqe), including conducting on‑site audits, managing scars, and overseeing supplier risk assessments.
* excellent command of english (written and verbal) for international stakeholder engagement.
