about the team / role
this role will be responsible for boosting category growth in didi food. You will work hand in hand with product, commercial, marketing teams to design category growth initiatives and follow through the end to end planning, execution and review process.
responsibilities
* responsible for growth of transactions and scale.
* understand different categories, consumption scenarios, and user profiles, and leverage product, operational, commercial and marketing capabilities to growth transactions in different user segments, categories and consumption moments.
* understand different types of promotions, channels of marketing, logics for traffic allocation, segmentation of users, etc, and be able to design in a comprehensive manner marketing campaigns and execute them to boost transactions.
* understand logics behind restaurant operations, as well as resource allocation, and be able to design efficient and effective strategies for investment to achieve sustainable growth.
qualifications
* relevant experience including category management or merchant strategy.
* ideally experience in o2o business including but not limited to food delivery, grocery, or e-commerce.
* smart and fast learning. Result oriented. Data driven. Structured thinking.
* team player. Good project management or cross functional collaboration experience.
