Nvhi design & release engineer
we're looking for an engineer to lead the design, release, and validation of nvhi components for upcoming vehicle programs.
responsibilities:
• design & release nvhi components
• ensure performance targets are met
• coordinate validation testing and resolve issues
• lead dfmea & dvp&r updates
• support launch and production programs
• benchmark components and drive continuous improvement
basic qualifications:
• bs in mechanical or electrical engineering
• 1–5 years in automotive interior/exterior or nvhi component releasing
• knowledge of dfmea, dvp&r, fea, mold flow
• strong communication + cross-functional collaboration skills
preferred:
• msme/msee
• dfss or shainin certification
• experience with nx & teamcenter
