certifications
* at least 2 certifications:
* • salesforce certified administrator (mandatory)
* • salesforce certified business analyst (strongly preferred)
* • salesforce advanced administrator or platform app builder (nice to have)
experience
* 4+ years hands-on experience
* 4+ years of experience as salesforce business analyst in enterprise implementations.
* lead requirement gathering workshops (jad sessions, stakeholder interviews, process mapping).
* strong knowledge of salesforce capabilities across sales cloud, service cloud, and experience cloud.
* experience defining complex user stories, business process flows, and solution design documentation.
* ability to perform gap analysis and recommend scalable salesforce solutions.
* experience supporting integrations (understanding apis, middleware concepts – functional perspective).
* lead uat cycles, manage backlog prioritization, and work closely with product owners.
* experience working in agile/scrum environments.
* excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication in english & spanish.
* ability to mentor junior bas.
