*your job*we are looking for an hr business partner who will champion full hr compliance and demonstrate strong stewardship across all operations.in this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining hr processes-including talent acquisition, onboarding, compliance, and data analysis-while working closely with supervisors and cross-functional teams.

*what you will do*- ensure all hr procedures are executed effectively and comply with both company policies and legal requirements.
- manage end-to-end talent acquisition by partnering with recruiting solutions to secure successful hires.
- oversee onboarding processes to support the seamless integration of new talent into our culture and organization.
- maintain a visible presence on the floor, working with supervisors to build team capabilities and promote our pbm culture.
- administer all hr-related policies, procedures, systems, and processes accurately and efficiently.
- monitor hr metrics and perform data analysis to inform strategic business decisions.
- build strong partnerships with other functions (payroll, compliance, finance, recruiting) to maximize value creation.
- handle hr administrative tasks, continually challenging what processes can be improved, streamlined, or delegated.
*who you are (basic qualifications)*- demonstrated experience in labor relations.
- fluent in english, both spoken and written.
- proficient in microsoft office suite.
- excellent communication skills; people-oriented and values-driven.
- results-focused, eager to learn, and culturally aware.
- experience with hr procedures, recruitment, training, and risk management.

- experience with non-transactional hr models.
- familiarity with coaching and development processes.
- proven track record in achieving full hr compliance and high standards of stewardship.
- demonstrated success in process improvement and value creation.
