key responsibilities:
* market development & strategic sales: drive and implement established market development strategies to increase sales.
* new business opportunities: identify and pursue new business opportunities in sectors such as home appliances, it, energy, medical/pharma, defense, and industrial manufacturing.
* go-to-market strategies: develop and execute go-to-market strategies including smart factory solutions, smart product offerings, and industrial metaverse solutions.
* sales pipeline management: build and maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned with strategic growth targets.
* client engagement & relationship management: establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry partners.
* trusted advisor: act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their challenges and aligning solutions to meet their needs.
* industry representation: represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and b2b networking platforms such as cluster industrial.
* solution design & proposal development: collaborate with engineering and product teams to co-develop tailored solutions that integrate digitalization, automation, and sustainability.
* cross-functional collaboration: work closely with internal teams across engineering, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
* innovation & digital transformation: promote the company's digital capabilities such as digital twins, ai-driven analytics, iot platforms, and smart logistics.
* talent & resource coordination: collaborate with hr and project managers to define candidate profiles, support talent scouting, and ensure rapid deployment of qualified personnel to client sites.
* performance monitoring & reporting: track kpis related to sales performance and customer satisfaction, providing regular updates to senior leadership on market trends, client feedback, and strategic opportunities.
