This role combineshands-on sales responsibilitywithstrategic leadership, including accountability for the regionalsales performance.This position reports to RADWIN's COOKey ResponsibilitiesSales Management in Mexico & Central America: Personally lead sales activities, develop the market, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets for the territoryTeam Management Across CALA: Directly manage regional team members across the CALA region; provide leadership, set clear goals, coach performance, and foster a culture of accountability and collaborationMarket strategy execution: Implement and oversee the execution of RADWIN's go-to-market strategy to maximize regional impact and growthSales strategy management: Develop and execute sales strategies to identify, qualify, and close opportunities across all stages of the sales cyclePipeline Management: Build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and visibilityChannel partner development: Recruit, train and coordinate channel partners activities to expand market reachDemand generation: Drive demand for RADWIN's products and solutions demand at both end user and channel partner levelsRequirementsExperience: At least five years in sales / sales leadership roles within telecom or networking, with proven experience managing regional teamsRegional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Mexico and Central America, plus familiarity with the CALA region's business environmentLeadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing, remote, multicultural teamsProven performance: rack record of consistently exceeding sales targets and contributing to organizational growthTechnical expertise: Solid understanding of the telecom and wireless networking technologies.
