- own and deliver agreed sales targets for the cardio portfolio, ensuring sustainable business growth.
- design and execute a customer‑centric national business plan with cross‑functional partners.
- optimize customer experience by aligning field execution with marketing, medical, and access strategies.
- ensure full compliance, including reporting technical complaints and adverse events within 24 hours.
- model ethical leadership and ensure compliant management of promotional materials and samples.
