about the company:
the company is a premium retention marketing agency working exclusively with established 7- and 8-figure dtc ecommerce brands. They focus on long-term partnerships — not volume — delivering high-level klaviyo strategy, sophisticated segmentation, and revenue-driven lifecycle marketing. They’re growing and looking for a senior, client-facing klaviyo expert to own strategy and performance across a portfolio of high-value brands.
the role:
you will manage up to 6 premium dtc ecommerce accounts, leading strategy, communication, and execution across campaigns and flows.
this is not a junior execution role. You will:
* own retention strategy
* lead campaign planning
* direct cross-functional execution
* serve as the primary client point of contact
you’ll work closely with designers, copywriters, and klaviyo technicians to deliver high-performance email programs.
what you’ll be responsible for:
* managing 6 dtc ecommerce client accounts
* leading klaviyo strategy, segmentation, and campaign planning
* creating monthly content calendars and campaign angles
* building and optimizing email flows and pop-up forms
* generating ai-assisted copy drafts and overseeing revisions
* managing client communication via slack, email, and zoom
* coordinating with designers and reviewing assets in figma
* overseeing workflow in airtable from ideation to deployment
* ensuring campaigns are approved, built, qa’d, and launched on time
* delivering strategic recommendations to drive retention and revenue
* acting as the primary owner of client satisfaction and performance
must-have qualifications
* expert-level klaviyo experience (required)
* 3+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing agencies
* 2+ years of experience in account management
* strong english communication skills (written and verbal)
* experience managing multiple client accounts
* proven ability to own the full campaign lifecycle
* strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
* comfortable working with slack, zoom, airtable, and outlook
* experience collaborating with designers and technical teams
nice-to-haves:
* experience with other esps (mailchimp, hubspot, omnisend)
* familiarity with figma (collaborative review use)
* background in dtc ecommerce brands
