Key account manager – specialty chemicals
we are seeking an accomplished key account manager to drive profitable growth through strategic business development and customer acquisition within mexico, southern california, and latam.
* the successful candidate will be responsible for total sales and revenue growth of our specialty chemicals products within the assigned territory.
distribution network:
* develop a strategic plan to drive new revenue organically through existing distributor locations.
* strengthen distributor performance through targeted product training, joint customer visits, and co-marketing initiatives.
end user engagement:
* implement a strategic growth plan targeting high-potential end users within the assigned territory.
* drive new business by identifying product conversion opportunities, leading technical evaluations, and managing the full sales cycle.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering is preferred; business administration acceptable.
* minimum 2-10 years' experience in sales within a manufacturing environment.
* fluency in english and spanish required.
* proficient in microsoft office programs and outlook.
