Key Account Manager – Specialty Chemicals
We are seeking an accomplished Key Account Manager to drive profitable growth through strategic business development and customer acquisition within Mexico, Southern California, and LATAM.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for total sales and revenue growth of our specialty chemicals products within the assigned territory.
Distribution Network:
- Develop a strategic plan to drive new revenue organically through existing distributor locations.
- Strengthen distributor performance through targeted product training, joint customer visits, and co-marketing initiatives.
End User Engagement:
- Implement a strategic growth plan targeting high-potential end users within the assigned territory.
- Drive new business by identifying product conversion opportunities, leading technical evaluations, and managing the full sales cycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is preferred; Business Administration acceptable.
- Minimum 2-10 years' experience in sales within a manufacturing environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Outlook.
