We are now expanding our presence in Latin America and seeking a high-performing Sales Manager in Mexico to drive business growth and strengthen customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and grow sales with existing customers while actively developing new leads and prospects in Mexico.
· Promote and sell Freemen Nutra’s ingredient portfolio using a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
· Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations aligned with market trends and technical requirements.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders (R&D, Purchasing, Senior Management).
· Prepare clear and effective proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
· Collaborate with internal teams (product management, logistics, quality, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
· Monitor competitors, market dynamics, and opportunities for new products or applications.
· Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with efficiency and professionalism.
· Maintain accurate records of activities and pipelines in CRM/ERP systems.
· Attend key industry events, trade shows, and customer visits.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
· Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in nutritional ingredients, food & beverage, or dietary supplement industries.
· Proven experience in account management, business development.
· Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.
· Ability to work effectively across cultures with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
· High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability.
