we are seeking a dedicated and organized account manager to manage multiple client accounts for our custom apparel business. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, ensuring client satisfaction through proactive order management, timely updates, and efficient problem resolution. This role involves regular interaction with clients via email, phone, and text.

key responsibilities
* account management: act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
* order processing: manage client orders from initial inquiry, samples and approvals, to final production and delivery or orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications for custom tees, sweatshirts, screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, and packaging services.
* order updates: provide clients with regular updates on samples and order status, including production timelines, decoration progress, and shipping details, via email, phone, or text.
* client follow-up: proactively contact clients to gather necessary information, such as design files, sizing details, or approval for proofs, ensuring orders progress smoothly.
* customer support: respond promptly to client inquiries about products, services, pricing, or order status, addressing questions or concerns with professionalism.
* problem resolution: handle and resolve client issues or complaints, coordinating with production, decoration, and packaging teams to ensure timely and satisfactory solutions.
* order coordination: collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders meet client specifications and deadlines, facilitating communication between clients and production staff.
* record keeping: maintain accurate records of client interactions, order details, and account updates in our systems to ensure seamless account management.
experiencia y requisitos
qualifications
* experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in apparel, manufacturing, or a related industry.
* communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients professionally via email, phone, and text. Must speak, read and write in english.
* organizational skills: strong ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* technical skills: proficiency in microsoft office and crm type software; familiarity with apparel production processes is a plus.
* problem-solving* ability to address client concerns quickly and effectively, with a solution-oriented mindset.
* team player: collaborative attitude, with the ability to work closely with production, decoration, and packaging teams.
* education: high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a
plus.
