as part of our international growth, we are looking for a sales account manager (m/f/x) in mexico city. The voquz team you will join provides software asset management (sam) and authorization management (grc) solutions for sap to enterprise customers. Our flagship product, samq, has optimized over 20,000 sap systems in six years since its initial release. Within the first year of use, more than half of all samq customers can save licensing and maintenance fees that exceed the purchase price of samq, realizing an almost immediate roi. In addition to our award‑winning software, voquz's experienced sap license advisory group helps customers significantly optimize the cost structure of their sap contracts during negotiations and strengthen their position in sap audits.
position overview
as an sales account manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our customer base of large us‑based enterprises. You will be a trusted advisor for our existing and future customers, helping them save costs and time by improving their sap license and authorization management. The role is planned to develop over time into a full sales manager role.
responsibilities
* maximize coverage within the target region and penetrate target accounts with fitting voquz products and services.
* coordinate sales activities with partners/consultants/distributors and resellers to identify and close new business.
* identify decision makers within targeted accounts and initiate multi‑channel phone, e‑mail, and social media contact with potential prospects to begin the sales process.
* demonstrate customer focus, friendly attitude, and practical ability to put yourself into the mindset of voquz client or partner.
qualifications
* minimum of 3 years of experience in b2b it software & solutions sales – bonus: previously worked for an american or multi‑national organization in the us or mexico.
* excellent english written and verbal communication skills.
* experienced in leading negotiations in english.
* cultural sensitivity and experience working in a sales setting with american clients.
* desire and demonstrated ability to work independently and be results‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment.
* proactive and motivated self‑starter who speaks up when seeing an opportunity to improve things for the team.
* disciplined, reliable, and able to concentrate on delivering targets.
* efficient communicator, likable influencer, trustworthy persuader, and convincing negotiator.
