role overview
we are seeking an experienced key account manager (kam) to lead commercial and pre-sales activities for a strategic account within the fixed telecommunications segment. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning advanced fixed network solutions aligned with the client’s business and technical needs. The ideal candidate combines strong sales acumen with technical understanding of fixed network infrastructure.
Key responsibilities:
own and manage the end-to-end relationship with a strategic telecom account.
Drive sales and pre-sales activities, including opportunity identification, solution positioning, and deal closure.
Develop and execute account strategies, including growth plans and revenue forecasting.
Act as the primary interface between the client and internal teams (technical, delivery, and product units).
Identify customer needs and translate them into tailored technical and commercial proposals.
Lead bid management, including rfp/rfi responses and contract negotiations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the fixed network domain.
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development.
