based in monterrey to drive pipeline generation and close opportunities in the international design and construction market. Key responsibilities
lead generation & prospecting : identify, research, and prospect new leads (architecture firms, interior designers, developers) through phone, email, social media, and industry events.
pipeline development : book discovery meetings and product demos, maintain accurate crm records, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams.
market insight : stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to refine outreach strategies.
closing deals : support the sales cycle from qualified lead to closed opportunity, ensuring seamless handoff and follow-up.
performance & culture : consistently meet or exceed quotas, embrace continuous learning, and contribute to a proactive, results-driven team culture.
required skills & experience
3+ years in
business development ,
sales development, or outbound prospecting (preferably saa s/b2 b tech).
proven competitive drive and track record of exceeding targets.
resilience and persistence in navigating rejection.
proficiency with
crm tools
(hub spot, salesforce),
sales navigator, and
apollo.
strong research and problem-solving skills for creative outreach.
bilingual communication skills (spanish/english).
tech-savvy with a solid understanding of digital products.
must be legally authorized to work and currently based in mexico.
