We're seeking a results-driven professional to drive sales and market growth, delivering exceptional customer service throughout their designated territory in Mexico.
This role combines direct sales, field service support, and client relationship management.
- Presents and sells company products and services to new and existing clients in both office and field settings.
- Provides on-site service, troubleshooting, and technical support at customer job sites.
- Built strong, long-term relationships with customers through regular visits and responsive service.
- Identifies new sales opportunities and creates targeted strategies to secure new business.
- Prepares and executes marketing plans with short- and long-term sales objectives.
- Follows up on leads and referrals generated through field activities and campaigns.
- Stays informed on products, services, and industry trends.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback.
- Submits accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
The adecuado candidate will have previous experience in outside sales or field service, excellent communication and customer service skills, and proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Self-motivation and strong organizational skills are also essential.
