position overview

as a productivity auditor, you will play a key role in assessing the performance and efficiency of our team members, helping identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions to streamline processes. You will leverage data-driven insights to monitor workflows, pinpoint inefficiencies, and ensure that the firm's operations are optimized for maximum productivity. Time doctor will be used to track the performance and productivity of all team members, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with the firm's objectives.

this role will provide you with the opportunity to make a lasting impact by collaborating with various departments to continuously enhance operational workflows and ensure optimal performance across all teams.

key responsibilities
* analyze data and metrics : collect, analyze, and interpret productivity and performance data from time doctor and other internal systems to assess team efficiency and effectiveness.
* identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies : conduct thorough audits to uncover bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement within teams and workflows.
* implement solutions : develop and execute strategies to optimize workflows and enhance productivity and efficiency across the organization.
* collaboration across teams : partner with cross-functional teams (hr, operations, legal, marketing) to gather insights and feedback, and align on the best strategies to improve processes.
* audit processes and systems : conduct regular audits of workflows, systems, and tools to ensure they are operating at maximum efficiency and compliance.
* provide recommendations : present findings and actionable recommendations to management, including the ceo and department heads, on ways to increase productivity and optimize resource allocation.
* reporting and presentations : create detailed reports and presentations to communicate audit results, solutions, and performance metrics to key stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on next steps.
* monitor and adjust : continuously monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions using time doctor and other performance tracking tools. Make adjustments as necessary to ensure the desired outcomes are achieved.
* stay current : stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends in productivity management, and the latest tools to ensure the firm's operational practices remain cutting-edge and competitive.
skills and qualifications
* bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, operations management, or a related field (preferred).
* minimum 3 years of experience in reports / performance auditing and process optimization within fast-paced environments (required).
* experience with human resources management or team productivity management (highly preferred).
* proficient in data analysis and reporting : experience with excel, power bi, tableau, or other data visualization tools to create meaningful reports and dashboards.
* strong analytical skills : ability to identify trends, analyze complex data sets, and derive actionable insights that drive performance improvements.
* experience with time tracking tools : proficiency in time doctor or similar productivity tracking tools to monitor work hours, task completion, and team performance.
* excellent communication skills : ability to clearly articulate findings, present recommendations, and influence decision-making at all organizational levels.
* process improvement knowledge : familiarity with six sigma, lean methodologies, or similar frameworks to drive operational efficiencies and process improvements.
* problem-solving and critical thinking : strong ability to evaluate issues, propose solutions, and implement changes effectively to improve efficiency and workflow.
* collaboration skills : experience working with cross-functional teams and the ability to influence change while maintaining a positive, cooperative work environment.
* attention to detail : a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation, reports, and process implementations.
* time management skills : ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines while ensuring consistent quality and accuracy.
