Design and implem ent digital strate gies to attract and convert high-net-worth individu
als.Manage the sales fu nnel, ensuring optimal conversion timeli
nes.Oversee the end-to-end client experi ence, delivering excellence aligned with the premium segm
ent.Supervise and support the sales team dur ing high-value negotiations and clos i
ngs.Represent the company to clients, brokers, and invest
ors.Manage key commercial KP Is, sales funnel met rics, and digital campaign
ROI.Ident ify luxury market tr ends and propose differentiating strategies to position developments within this niche.
Requirements
Minimu m of 5 years of exper ience in commercial management wi thin premium real e state or other luxury sectors.
Proven experienc e in digital mark eting and high-quality lead genera tion.
Advanced En glish required (spoken and written).
Proficien t in real estate CRMs, digital tools, and budget management.
Bachelor's degre e in Business, Marketing, Administr ation, or related fi eld (MBA preferred).
