as an account manager at mgid, you’ll be the main point of contact for your assigned partners, ensuring they get the most value from our platform. Based in mexico, you’ll work in a hybrid setup, helping clients achieve better campaign performance, resolve challenges, and unlock new growth opportunities through close collaboration and continuous optimization.
what you’ll do
* manage and optimize advertising campaigns for performance and delivery
* set up campaigns, creatives, and tracking in collaboration with clients
* monitor campaign results daily and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes
* build long-term relationships by understanding client goals and delivering value
* upsell mgid’s products and features to support client success
* collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and technical teams
* stay informed on industry trends and deepen your expertise in native advertising and the latam market
requirements
who you are
* you have 2+ years of hands-on experience in native advertising
* you are fluent in spanish and have at least an upper-intermediate level of english
* you have a deep understanding of the online advertising ecosystem and technologies
* you are confident working with data and performance metrics to drive decisions
* you possess excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
* you are comfortable using platforms like google analytics; experience with hubspot, slack, or jira is a plus
* you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and take ownership of your work
