we are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as *assistant controller, *based in *panzacola plant (tlaxcala, mex).*
*your tasks will be*
- support in the preparation of monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
- analysis of discrepancies between forecast and budget.
- follow-up on items that have not been assigned a cost in the system in coordination with a/r and the accounting department.
- update the database monthly to the plant profile, including units, sales, number of employees, costs per hour worked, etc.
- coordinate physical inventories of raw materials, finished products and fixed assets in conjunction with accounting and materials departments.
- sox certification reviews and audit coordination.
- comply with the safety rules in the plant, as well as with the iso-14001 and iatf 16949 standards, as well as legal and regulatory standards.
- personnel management.
*to be successful in this role you will need*
- bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance areas.
- experience in financial analysis.
- strong excel skills.
- skill in problem solving.
- advanced english level.
