*your mission*:
- independent, structured processing of worldwide commercial transactions
- order processing including the preparation of purchase orders, order confirmations, customs clearance documents, shipping documents and invoices
- you are the direct contact person for our domestic and foreign business partners
- you are in daily intensive contact with customers, suppliers, agents and your contact person in the sales department
- you support the sales department in the processing and initiation of purchase and sales transactions
*your profile*:
- you have completed a commercial apprenticeship - preferably in a freight forwarding company or in foreign trade - or a comparable university degree
- professional experience in the import or export business
- good written and spoken spanish & english
- service-oriented way of working
- a quick perception, analytical thinking as well as a structured and precise way of working
- enjoy a new challenge and the daily cooperation with customers, suppliers, agents, etc.
- ability to work in a team and flexible
