responsibilities: -
brindar soporte a usuarios para resolución de problemas técnicos.

brindar soporte a nuestro especialista de seguridad de la
información y redes.
- apoyo a actividades del área.
- apoyo en
resolución de tickets.
qualifications - carrera: ingeniería en
sistemas, ingeniería en sistemas computacionales, ingeniería en
informática.
- semestre: 5to semestre en adelante.
(mínimo un año y
medio en la compañía) - promedio: mínimo de 8.0.
- inglés: básico.
- horario: 7:00 a 2:00 pm u 8:00 a 3:00 pm - esquema de trabajo:
presencial - ubicación: vía morelos 330e, 55540 ecatepec de
morelos, méxico.
required skills - habilidades interpersonales y de
comunicación.
- responsabilidad - conocimiento de redes, soporte
informático, seguridad informática e infraestructura de ti.
- buen
manejo de excel.
