*responsibilities*- participate in technical analysis during quotation stage by reviewing product, tooling, and process feasibility.
- track and manage tooling, fixture, gauge, and packaging development, including design reviews, approvals, and trial validation.
- monitor and support tooling trial runs (appearance, dimensional, functional testing, packaging, etc.), ensuring timely closure of issues.
- prepare and maintain engineering and customer documentation (imds, psw, bom, kcds, pfmea, pfc, sops, training materials, etc.).
- assist in developing and maintaining program schedules, updating milestones and deliverables as required.
- track issues, maintain records, and support resolution through coordination with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
- communicate and maintain good technical exchanges with customers and suppliers, providing timely feedback on engineering matters.
- support lessons learned capture and handover of program documentation to production teams after launch.
- actively follow departmental processes, documentation requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
