The private access manager will drive hospital and retail penetration, account development and new business generation across private institutions. The role is strongly sales-oriented with special focus on injectable generics and specialty hospital products.
Key responsibilities
business development & sales
prospect and open new private hospital and retail accounts
lead negotiation processes with procurement and medical committees
secure formulary inclusion and protocol adoption
identify high-value institutional opportunities
drive aggressive market penetration from launch phase.
Define winning, differentiated and profitable commercial conditions per client or account
account management
develop strong relationships with key stakeholders:
medical directors
pharmacy heads
procurement managers
hospital administrators
implement volume-based agreements
ensure proper execution of distributor model with nadro
monthly / quarterly business reviews with key accounts and distributors
market expansion
identify regional growth pockets
monitor competitor pricing and tender dynamics
support government opportunities when required
performance accountability
deliver sales targets and volume growth
drive market share gains in key skus
maintain strong pipeline of new accounts
requirements
education
bachelor’s degree in business administration, health sciences, pharmacy, medicine or related field
additional training in hospital access, institutional sales, or key account management preferred
strong knowledge of private hospital procurement processes
experience
5+ years in hospital sales / key account management
experience in injectable generics preferred
proven track record in private hospital penetration
entrepreneurial, resilient and highly results-driven
strong field execution discipline
languages
spanish: native or fluent
english: intermediate to advanced professional proficiency desired
ms office skills
strong excel skills (sales tracking, account planning, pipeline analysis)
powerpoint proficiency for commercial presentations
word and outlook for reporting and communication
