Job summarywe are seeking a strategic and hands‐on product manager - data products & analytics to lead the development and execution of data product initiatives focused on planning and supply chain analytics.
this role will own the product roadmap, partner with cross‐functional stakeholders, define business‐critical kpis, and deliver analytics and ai/ml‐driven capabilities that improve decision‐making and business outcomes.
the ideal candidate combines strong product management skills, business acumen, and experience working with analytics, planning processes, and enterprise data solutions.key responsibilitiesown and drive the roadmap for data products, analytics, and ai/ml initiatives supporting planning and supply chain functions.define, prioritize, and sequence product features aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs.maintain and continuously improve existing planning analytics and reporting solutions.partner with planning, sourcing, sales, product management, and finance teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable data solutions.define, validate, and monitor kpis to support data‐driven decision‐making and operational excellence.ensure data accuracy, quality, and trust across all analytics products and reporting solutions.lead stakeholder discussions and influence priorities through business cases and product vision.present product roadmaps, priorities, and results during leadership reviews, steering committees, and quarterly business reviews.collaborate with technical teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions and drive adoption across the organization.balance short‐term business demands with long‐term product strategy.minimum requirementsbachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems, supply chain, or a related field.3+ years of experience in product management, industrial engineering, systems engineering, operations consulting, business analytics, or related disciplines.strong experience with power bi, including report development, dax, dashboards, and dataflows.experience working with planning, supply chain analytics, financial analytics, s&op, or ibp processes.familiarity with erp and planning solutions such as sap, oracle, blue yonder, kinaxis, o9 solutions, or similar platforms.proven ability to define, implement, and manage kpis and business performance metrics.experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions.strong analytical, problem‐solving, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.excellent communication skills with both business and technical audiences.advanced english communication skills (written and verbal).
