support commercial strategies by identifying opportunities and tailoring actionable plans for diverse stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of value message.conduct comprehensive training sessions for internal and external stakeholders on technology-specific value propositions and health economics concepts.monitor execution against hema priorities and business objectives, ensuring alignment to agreed plans, milestones and governance expectations.ensure compliance with applicable quality, ethics and local regulatory requirements, consistent with hema standards.potentially take direct responsibility for a priority and strategic business at latam regional level, ensuring hema strategy and execution align with business priorities and performance objectives.requirements and skillsdeep expertise in the mexican healthcare system, including public institutions and private sector dynamics influencing access, procurement, and reimbursement.minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in health economics & market access.outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive edge.proven ability to think creatively and strategically to fill market access gaps.strong collaboration skills with a proactive approach to engaging with stakeholders.familiarity with non-clinical stakeholders is desirable; experience with medical devices access projects is a plus.fluency in spanish is required; working proficiency in english is required.willingness to travel nationally and regionally, including overnight stays.additional desirable capabilitiesknowledge and practice in value-based healthcare (vbhc).
